We had the pleasure to talk with Gareth Williams from BRUSH Group earlier in 2018. On this film he shares what he experienced leading a change process in a Manufacturing company and the positive effects it has already made to people's work.
Design or engineering data is one of the areas where changing current ways of working can have a huge positive effect across the whole company.

Från tre månaders praktiktjänst på Symetri till heltidskonsult
Oscar kom till Symetri genom en praktiktjänst, men det dröjde inte länge innan han fick chansen att ta klivet ut i riktiga kunduppdrag.
