Digitalisation gives people and companies new ways, tools and processes to collaborate, communicate and work smarter. Many Manufacturing companies are going through a change at the moment or at least in the phase of thinking "what do we need to do to stay current and competitive also in the future".

We had the pleasure to talk with Gareth Williams from BRUSH Group earlier in 2018. On this film he shares what he experienced leading a change process in a Manufacturing company and the positive effects it has already made to people's work.
Design or engineering data is one of the areas where changing current ways of working can have a huge positive effect across the whole company.
